If you happen to be unsatisfied with your purchase, send it back to us and you can choose between an exchange or refund.

Return | Exchange Policy
We currently accept returns & exchanges up to 7 days from when your package has been delivered. To get started, please read below.

 

** Custom engraved/stamped items are not returnable.**

 

In order to be eligible:
  • Your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused & in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us.
  • To start a return, you can contact us at Support@luxeada.com. Once your return or exchange request is approved, we'll provide you instructions on how & where to send the product back to us.
  • Once we receive the package, we will carefully inspect the products and if approved, you can choose between a refund or exchange.
  • Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange request will not be accepted. 
Refunds
Custom engraved/stamped jewelry is NON REFUNDABLE as they are specially made for you as the order comes in. Exception to this:
  • If your order arrived damaged, customers have 48 hours to contact us. Please have pictures/videos ready for us. 
Please note:
  • Custom / Engraved / Stamped items are not returnable / refundable
  • LUXEADA is not responsible for the maintenance of your purchased jewelry.
  • For non-custom jewelry, there is a small $5 restock fee for returns & refunds.
  • For exchanges, re-postage fees will apply. $3.90 for U.S & $14 (or the price for your respective country as price varies) for international orders.
